Howdy! I'm El Baker

My first name is Eleanor, but El is what friends and family call me. Plus, it's just easier to write with a paintbrush. ;)

I'm an artist based in Austin, Texas. I'm the wife to a native Texan, Jason, and the mom to two little kids, Helen and Collie. I started this business during baby naptimes and now it's grown from a little side hustle to a bigger busy hustle. Woo! Love it and so grateful for the growth.

I mostly create landscape paintings of Texas scenes or of beautiful Western places I've visited, or hope to visit. Sometimes I do a little mixed-media, sometimes a vintage-vibe, sometimes modern impressionist. My style is always evolving and I hope that you connect with something and that my work adds joy and whimsy to your walls.
